Clementine Hunter
We are studying about Clementine Hunter, folk artist. She was born right here in Louisiana, on Hidden Hill Plantation in Natchitoches Parish. We like her art work! It's fun. She painted things she knew about on the plantation. She didn't even finish school. She didn't even speak English until she married Emanuel Hunter. She had lots of kids and died when she was 101!
